Booking & Deposit
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
- Kindly note that the amount has to be transferred NET, with all bank charges or transfer fees covered by you.
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid before the start of the tour — either by bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival in Mauritania.
- Once we receive your deposit, your tour, accommodation, and transportation are fully secured.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds
- In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the tour: Full refund
minus bank or transfer fees. - 15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total cost.
- Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund, but rescheduling may be
offered.
In case of unexpected border closures, flight cancellations, or natural conditions beyond our control, we will assist in rearranging your trip at no extra cost.
Travel Insurance
- All travelers are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.
- Tours in Mauritania is not responsible for expenses resulting from illness, accident, or loss of personal items during the trip.

- Itineraries may be adjusted slightly due to weather or road conditions to ensure guest safety and comfort.
