Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Kindly note that the amount has to be transferred NET, with all bank charges or transfer fees covered by you.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid before the start of the tour — either by bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival in Mauritania.
  • Once we receive your deposit, your tour, accommodation, and transportation are fully secured.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the tour: Full refund
    minus bank or transfer fees.
  • 15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total cost.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund, but rescheduling may be
    offered.
